Fees are set by each attorney

Every fee, turnaround and rush premium is published by the attorney. FlatFeeLawyers never sets, discounts or negotiates a fee, and takes no part of any legal fee.

No endorsement, no paid placement

Listing on FlatFeeLawyers is not an endorsement or recommendation of any attorney. Every listed attorney pays the same subscription, and nobody can pay for a higher place in any order.

Licenses

Each attorney's bar number is checked against their state bar's public record. Only attorneys whose license shows Active are listed.

Ratings

Ratings come only from people who messaged the attorney through FlatFeeLawyers while signed in, one rating per contact. FlatFeeLawyers does not write, edit or remove ratings to favor anyone.

Messages to attorneys

A message goes only to the office you choose. It is not confidential and does not make you a client until that office accepts you.
